ZOU IGP PAYS D’OC ROSÉ
The Cinsault is particularly well-suited to drought-ridden Mediterranean climates, as the varietal is highly resistant to drought. To craft this wine, we have selected dry soils and low yielded terroirs located along the Mediterranean coast, to reveal the great potential of the varietal. What is more, its slow ripening characteristic makes the Cinsault suitable for coastal terroirs, where temperatures are high at the end of the summer period.
Syrah is the powerful, voluptuous, and spicy grape variety par excellence. This grape variety, well-adapted to the Mediterranean climate and its steep, sunny terraces, has been originally grown in the Rhône Valley since Roman times.

WINEMAKER'S NOTE
Lovely salmon pink in the glass. The nose displays aromas of ripe strawberries and sweet raspberries, supplemented with hints of spice and pepper. The palate is fresh and juicy with a harmonious overall impression. Hints of ripe red fruits on the length.
WINEMAKING
The method is traditional: exclusively handpicked harvest and direct pressing of the grapes. The first fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, with the assemblage of base wines from a single vintage. The Pinot Noir is vinified both in Blanc de Noir & in Red. Aging on lattes at least 24 months.
WINE AND FOOD PAIRING
Enjoy this wine chilled, as an aperitif or with tapas, sushi, and light summer meals.
